Austin Bootcamp: Group Exercise or Individual Training?

At Austin bootcamp, you actually have the option of attending group exercises or getting a personal instructor to focus on your goals. Both ways have their advantages so it is completely up to you which path you will take. If you think you will be able to achieve your goal through individual training then do that even if it costs much more than joining group exercises. That would actually be better as you would have a personal trainer making sure you will get to your goal. This trainer would actually scold you sometimes if you run out of energy. He will also make sure you burn a lot of calories in one day. If you join a group exercise session then you would be able to have fun along with a lot of other dieters. You will also be able to gain new friends if you consistently attend the same group class.
